Storytelling wedding photography

I photograph weddings for couples who want more than perfect, they want something real.

Through a blend of documentary storytelling and softly guided portraits, I create photographs that feel natural and effortless.

Using both analogue and digital photography, I look for honest moments and quiet connections. Alongside weddings, I also document lifes milestone moments.

Hi, I’m Laura. I’ve been documenting beautiful weddings for the past 15 years, following my photography studies at College and University.

Documenting memories has always been my purpose, and it became even more prevalant after becoming a parent.

Big life events are as important as those smaller intimate days. It’s also wonderful to be invited back when my wedding couples grow their families, or want a familiar face to document a family event.

I highly encourage mixing 35mm film into your event photography. After exclusively shooting film and developing my own prints in the darkroom for the first 6 years, I can only describe it as magic.
